Open Level Yoga/ Vinyasa Style

The word vinyasa means “a joining or linking mechanism. This class is based on this concept.

Vinyasa is a method of practicing asanas (physical poses), that are presented in sequence, flowing one to the next. The practice focuses on trying to align one’s breath and spiritual intention with that movement.

Some yoga methods may associate vinyasa with the word “flow” or a certain level. This Yoga class give students the opportunity to develop an understanding of vinyasa and refine their skills through deep exploration.
