Moving your Chi is based on the practice of Chi Kung .(Energy balance through the Tao ) A practice of body mind and spirit that can restore lost youth , energy, and healing. Clearing negative energy and toxicity . The practice implies easy movements either sitting, standing or laying down , internal breathing, and meditation .
