There is no strengthening, no stretching in this class. You don’t do the pose, you receive the pose. The supported yoga poses will be held for a longer time period, so that your body finds release at a deeper level.
As you rest and relax, Sonia offers each student personal attention and offer adjustments which support a deeper sense of relaxation.
