Ideal for beginners, those starting back, returning from injuries and 50+er’s, this practice is offered to add the healing and toning qualities of yoga into your life. We start with guided warm up stretches then move into simple sitting and standing poses to loosen the joints, and promote good posture and balance. Breathing exercises and healing guided relaxation bring calmness between poses and at the conclusion. Students are helped according to their needs.
