Soul Flow Yoga/ Open Level

Classes will be a flow of physical postures and movements that combines intentional breathing to help strengthen, stretch, and detoxify; thus creating greater harmony of the body, mind, and self.  The class is accessible for all levels and modifications can be made when needed.
